Business Hours
Our offices are open to serve you from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday thru
Friday. Saturday hours are from 8 A.M. to Noon. During the winter months
(December, January and February,) we are closed on Saturday. After
hours, you may leave a message on our voice mail system, and we’ll get
back to you as soon as possible.
Credit Terms
For pre-approved accounts, our terms are NET 30 days. All other
accounts without pre-approved credit may purchase goods on a cash basis.
We also accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Pricing Policy
Your discount on any item in the front yellow-tabbed sections
(awnings, patio covers, etc) of our catalog is 33-1/3% off the
“Suggested Retail Prices” shown on the pages.
All products in the green-tabbed sections (siding and
accessories) are your NET cost (except for the ‘Style Mark Formed
Millwork’ prices, which are “Suggested Retail Prices” and receive
the 1/3 discount.)
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders for stock merchandise placed before Noon can be shipped the
same day. Large items are shipped freight collect; smaller items and parts
can be shipped UPS.

FREE Delivery
Delivery service is also available FREE or at a nominal charge. We
offer regular scheduled delivery routes to many areas. With minimum order
sizes, delivery service is free. Please ask your Mullin sales
representative for complete details about delivery to your area. Orders
to be delivered must be placed by noon the day before your
scheduled delivery.
Mullin may use either our own delivery trucks or an alternate trucking
company. If we use a truck line, your delivery will come freight-prepaid
and we will charge you regular Mullin delivery rates — or you’ll get
free delivery if you meet the minimum purchase requirements. Click

Returns
Full credit is allowed for undamaged resalable siding materials
returned within 60 days of their purchase. A copy of your invoice must
accompany all returns. Items returned after 60 days will be charged a 20%
restocking fee. No credit is allowed for partial bundles of backer, lath,
nails, trim coil, or underlayment.
No credit is allowed for merchandise returned after 90 days.
Discontinued merchandise or materials we have special ordered for you may
not be returned for credit.
You may bring returns back to our warehouse, or we will gladly pick up
your returns when we make deliveries to you. If we are not making a
delivery to you and have to make a special stop to pick up your returns,
we will charge you our minimum delivery charge for that stop.
Correctly made custom products (awnings, windows, shutters, etc.) can
NOT be returned. Orders for windows must be faxed to our toll-free
